This is very much a family home and therefore there are personal items (clothing/toys/CDs & DVDs) left in the house permanently. We are happy for you to use the house as your home too, but would ask that items are treated with care, and that breakages are replaced during your stay.
Whilst we do have help from the lovely Josie (who is also the village taxi driver) to change sheets etc between lettings, please leave the house as you would like to find it. Village wheelie bins are a stones throw from front & back doors.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking.

Cleaning & bed linen: £50 standard charge per stay for fresh bedlinen on arrival and cleaning after departure. Cleaning mid-stay available on request.
